Assembly is just one example of ART Technologies value added secondary operations. Pictured here is one of ART Technologies’ automated automotive door striker welding machines resistance projection joining the two halves of the door striker with fully automated resistance projection welding. Each part has critical features checked 100% by an automated non-contact gauging system. This TS-16949 system produces quality automotive parts time after time with virtually no labor cost.

Other value added secondary operations include; ball thrust and tapered roller bearing assembly including error proofing devices and automated inspection, in die assembly, in die tapping, and razor blade insertion.

We also offer a wide variety of value added processes including automated inspection, assembly, in die assembly, heat treating, welding/brazing, deburring, plating, and powder coating. Processes not performed in-house are performed by one of ART Technologies’ specialty process partners. ART has partnered with some of the industry’s best subcontractors in order to take advantage of the best technical expertise available.
