Design and Test

Prototyping and validation are critical functions at ART Technologies. We have a highly trained group of employees that understands the importance of design and testing. Our staff recommends and is involved and focused on critical characteristics of your parts from design to production to gauging and assembly.

Prototyping

ART Technologies will manufacture prototypes for your project to achieve maximum quality at minimum cost. This early involvement assures both ART and our customer fully understand the critical/functional characteristics and how the process affects them for each part. Once produced, ART participates in inspection and testing to assure that all requirements are understood and met . Our highly qualified staff will then recommend the best processes to manufacture your part or assembly. This will include all necessary gauging, inspections, and tests required to insure quality parts time after time.

Tooling Design and Process Development

The best customer experiences start with well designed tools that create robust processes. At ART Technologies, we involve everyone affected to assure there are no weak links to the process. From the customer to the engineering staff to suppliers, to Tool and Die Makers, to Press Operators and Quality Assurance personnel, we work from the start of the project to help create a smooth production launch. We then continue to improve processes, tools and the customer experience throughout the life of the project.
